We hope that you will have many wonderful experiences during your stay with us and that you will be able to leave relaxed and recharged.
We kindly ask you to read our house rules carefully and to follow them.
CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT, STAY AT THE ACCOMMODATION
The accommodation can be occupied on the day of arrival between 3:00 p.m. and 5:00 p.m. On the day of departure, it must be vacated with all of the guest’s belongings removed by 10:00 a.m.
The accommodation provider or its representative will be present at check-in and check-out.
In case of check-out / departure before the end of the booked time, the accommodation fee will not be refunded.
The accommodation can only be used by the persons who checked in at the accommodation. Guests checked in at the accommodation may receive other persons only during the day and subject to prior agreement.
PAYMENT
The accommodation fee and the tourist tax must be paid by bank transfer after booking, by the specified payment deadline, or upon check-in at the accommodation at the latest.
Accepted payment methods: bank transfer, cash, SZÉP card.
The tourist tax cannot be paid with a SZÉP card.
PARKING
The parking lot is available to our guests free of charge. In the parking area, please abide by the Highway Code, and the maximum permitted speed is 5 km/h. Pay extra attention to safety when driving out of the garden.
To use the parking lot, the gate can be opened and closed with a remote control provided for each house.
Repair and maintenance of vehicles is prohibited in the parking area. Minor repairs are permitted, provided that they do not endanger the cleanliness of the parking area.
SMOKING, LIGHTING FIRE
The use of open flames is prohibited in the accommodation, except in the area designated for grilling and lighting a fire.
Smoking is prohibited in the houses; however, smoking is permitted on the terraces and in the garden. Please pay extra attention to safety and cleanliness when smoking. Place cigarette ends in the designated bin.
SECURITY
Please keep the gates closed. We recommend keeping the door of the house locked even when you are in the garden. We disclaim liability for any damage caused by failure to do so during your stay.
Items left at the accommodation will be kept for 1 month after leaving the accommodation.
NOISY ACTIVITIES
In order to ensure the relaxation of other guests staying at the accommodation, neighbours and residents of the village, please refrain from listening to loud music or other noisy activities between 9:00 p.m. and 9:00 a.m.
CLEANING
During the guest’s reservation, we provide cleaning at the accommodation upon request and change of bed linen and towels for a fee.
If the reservation period exceeds 7 nights, cleaning, bed linen and towels are replaced every 7 days.
You will find the necessary tools for cleaning (bucket, mop, broom) in the storage room next to the rock garden.
WASTE
Please collect the generated waste selectively. Selective waste (plastic drink bottles, other washed plastics, metal drink cans, glass, cardboard, newsprint, milk cartons) should be placed in the lidless container, while mixed waste (used tissue, intimate hygiene items, leftover food, spoiled food) should be placed in the covered container.
Compostable food scraps (vegetables, fruit scraps) are collected in the compost bin next to the upper gate.
If any of the bins is full, please empty it into the containers located at the upper gate.
In case of non-selective waste collection that does not comply with the above, a fee of HUF 10,000 will be charged.
KITCHEN
Please use kitchen towels for their intended purpose, i.e. wiping dishes and glasses.
Do not place metal containers in the microwave oven.
The electric hob must be switched off immediately after use. It is prohibited to place anything on the hob, whether it is switched on or off.
USE OF ROOMS AND EQUIPMENT
The air-conditioning equipment must not be set to a temperature lower than 23 °C.
Please use the furniture and equipment of the accommodation according to their intended purpose. It is forbidden to take the room furniture, the bed linen or towels into the garden or the pool.
Please pay attention to protecting the environment during your stay at the hotel. Make sure that the air-conditioning equipment, the electric hob and all the lights are switched off, and that the water taps are closed when not in use.
If you notice any malfunctions, please, notify our team. Do not start “repairing” without sufficient expertise.
Upon special request, we provide an iron, ironing board, umbrella, sewing kit, and shoe care kit.
PETS
No pets are allowed at the accommodation.
POOL
Do not open the engineering box of the pool, tamper with the mechanical equipment, or pour any liquid or substance into the pool water.
If a liquid or substance gets into the pool water, which makes it necessary to completely drain and refill the water, the guest is obliged to pay a fee of HUF 70,000.
The pool cover can be opened and closed by sliding it along the guide rail, after releasing the fixing pins marked in orange.
After use, please close the pool cover.
It is prohibited to jump into the water from the poolside.
Please use the foot washing shower before use.
Persons under 150 cm (regardless of age) should only use the pool under proper supervision.
Non-swimmers should not use the pool.
Do not step on or climb on the pool cover (whether it is open or closed).
GARDEN
There is an automatic irrigation system in the garden, which is switched on at 2 a.m. We recommend that you don’t leave anything in the garden or on the grass, because it can get wet and damaged.
Do not obstruct or block the valves of the irrigation system.
Do not program the robotic lawnmower or obstruct its progress.
Please do not tear or cut the plants planted in the garden. If you want to take lavender home, we are happy to help you get some.
Please note that in order to continuously maintain the garden, a gardener may work at the accommodation without unnecessarily disturbing the guests.
BBQ
It is forbidden to remove the barbecue apparatus from its place.
We can provide wood and charcoal for a fee.
Please use the electric charcoal lighter with great care and let it cool in its wall-mounted container.
Ashes must be emptied into the designated bucket. Do not pour the ashes into the waste bin.
LIABILITY
We do not accept persons who do not comply with the house rules or who behave inappropriately, and such guests will be asked to leave the accommodation without paying any kind of refund or compensation. In extreme cases, we even use the cooperation of the authorities.
